About UNIQUE

The UNIQUE Apartment was opened in May 2016. It is located in quiet residential part of Opatija, in a close proximity of the sea and famous Opatija's seaside promenade “Lungomare”. At only 10 min pleasant walking distance from the center of Opatija and the ACY Marine Ičići, yet away from any touristic hustle and bustle. Stunning view of the city and sea is the focal point of the Apartment and something our Guests talk about long after they leave. Accurately thought out spacious 230m2 interior delivers an abundance of natural light. A harmonious and modern decor, carefully chosen furniture, designer and art pieces and multifunctional ambience lighting system are incorporated to

offer maximum comfort to Your stay. Private 15m2 terrace with the sea view stands ready to kick off the morning, enjoy the evening or experience the night view on the City, bay or the moonlight. No detail was left to chance. Our Guests have on their exclusive disposal protected parking for two vehicles just in front of the main entrance into Apartment. Designed to make every type of Your retreat - from longer family vacations, weekend break or just overnight or participation to a private or business event (wedding, celebration, conference, seminar etc.) in Opatija and its surroundings, - UNIQUE and memorable.  It is more than just a place to stay; it is a place of UNIQUE life-style.
